ABOUT THE CLASS

Artificial Intelligence has revolutionized digital imaging, but until recently, these advanced tools were only accessible through specialized software and online platforms. Now, photography software giant Adobe has integrated powerful AI capabilities directly into Photoshop, making this cutting-edge technology readily available to photographers.

In this comprehensive three-hour class, participants will explore the AI tools featured in the latest version of Photoshop. You’ll be introduced to Generative Fill, which enables the seamless replacement or modification of image elements; and Generative Expand, which allows for the expansion of image boundaries to enlarge a scene or perfect a composition. We’ll also discuss techniques for maintaining visual consistency and aesthetic quality when using these tools.

Beyond a detailed overview, the class includes time for hands-on practice where you’ll experiment with Generative Fill and Generative Expand through guided exercises. You’ll receive real-time feedback and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a solid grasp of each tool. By the end of the class, you’ll have a thorough understanding of how to use Adobe’s generative AI tools to enhance your creative practice.
